I believe golden retrievers and doodles should be a part of a family! They are such loving breeds! Our mama's are our family pets here On Papa's Farm. Oakley and Cherry live with us. We homeschool, so they spend each day inside next to the kids while they do schoolwork and go outside to play when the kids need a break from lessons. Our other mama's, Vegas and Ruby, live in Partner/Co-Owner homes. They too are cherished family pets. I firmly believe all mama's deserve to be a part of a family. It also allows us to truly get to know their personalities and tendencies, so I can make better breeding decisions.
About the sires - I have considered purchasing a male to use in my program, but I have been warned by multiple breeders that it is unwise to keep an unneutered male in the house with unsprayed females. The males will spray. So while I'd love to own my own male, I also want any dog I own to be able to live in a home with a family. Until I find a partner home (that does not have any unsprayed females) willing to own an unneutered male, I pay for stud service when I breed.

OakleyOakley, an F1 goldendoodle, is the daughter of Maple and Charlie. She is very quick to catch on to training. She loves her tennis balls and is always up for a game of fetch. She has a curly cream coat and is 49lbs.

LeoLeo is an AKC registered Standard Parti Poodle. His parti coat is a real charmer that produces puppies from reddish/apricot to shades of cream. He is a confident guy who happily greets new people. He weighs 55-60lbs.

Ruby
Ruby is an AKC Registered Golden Retriever. She is the daughter of Willow and Copper. She is the joy of her family. She lives in Avon, NY with one of our Partner families. She loves walking up to the school to pick up her human girls each afternoon. She currently weighs about 50 lbs.

Cherry
Cherry is an AKC Registered Golden Retriever. She is the daughter of Willow and Copper. Cherry lives with us. She is a mellow girl, always up for a ride into town or a trip to Tractor Supply. She loves to hop on the garden wagon when we are doing yard chores and get a ride. She weighs about 65 lbs.
